Open alpha

Download Voyageur.

Voyageur is in open alpha. It's usable, we run it every day, and we iterate fast. Grab it, break it, tell us everything.

Alpha · 3 August to 30 September 2026

The alpha's benefits stay yours for life.

Pick your platform

Signed and notarized on Mac, portable AppImage on Linux, Windows installer through WSL2. All three download right now.

Windows

The installer is not signed yet, so Windows may warn you.

Our signing certificate is still clearing validation at Azure. Until it does, SmartScreen may show a blue screen reading “Windows protected your PC”: click More info, then Run anyway. It does not fire every time; on our own machines it never showed up.

The file comes from our own build pipeline, and the signed build will arrive on its own as an update. Prefer to wait for it? Get notified.

The link always points to the latest published version.

Voyageur checks for updates every six hours. The request carries the version, the platform, and a randomly generated install identifier, with no personal data, used only to count installations. It goes to the download server and nowhere else, and you can clear it by deleting the install-id file in the app folder.

Windows runs through WSL2, the way VS Code Remote does it: native interface on Windows, engine running inside your Linux distribution, plus your remote servers. No cmd or PowerShell build is planned, it would be a downgraded imitation of what Voyageur actually does.

What to expect

An honest alpha.

  • What works: the fan-out, the attention router, servers, sync, search. We use it daily.
  • What's moving: ergonomics details, messages, settings. We refine them fast with your feedback.
  • What we promise: we answer everything, we fix blocking bugs first.
Requirements

To get started.

  • macOS: signed and notarized app, no Gatekeeper warning. Open the .dmg, drag into Applications.
  • Linux: make the AppImage executable (chmod +x) then run it. FUSE required, present on most distributions.
  • Windows: through WSL2 (Windows 10 or 11 with a Linux distribution) and your remote servers. The installer is not signed yet, so Windows may warn you on install. Download.
  • Claude Code: you keep your install and your account. Voyageur never sits between you and your agent.
The deal

Free during the alpha. And the essentials stay free after.

The alpha is open to everyone and runs until 30 September 2026. Throughout, everything is free, no limits. Only cloud seats are capped, at 50. After that, the control tower stays free: only three comfort building blocks become paid.

Free, forever
  • The fan-out: launch and track your agents, up to two workspaces in parallel
  • The attention router and out-of-band signal: who finished, who is waiting, even with the lid closed
  • Terminal, editor, search, file transfer
  • Sync on your own machine or your own server
  • The skills manager: deploy and reconcile your skills across your environments
Paid after the alpha
  • Ready-to-use hosted environment: a workspace shipped with Claude Code already installed and configured. You plug in your own key: the inference that writes your code never goes through us.
  • More than two workspaces in parallel: large-scale fan-out, as many projects at once as you want.
  • Centralized skills backup: Voyageur keeps and syncs your whole library, so you never think about it.

Alpha · 50 cloud seats

The alpha runs until 30 September 2026 and is open to everyone; only cloud seats are capped, at 50. Alpha testers who send us usable feedback keep, for life: unlimited local fan-out, 50% off the hosted environment for as long as the subscription stays continuous, and the first month of hosting free once the alpha ends. The discount cannot be combined with other offers. If the subscription is interrupted, the discount does not come back when you resume it. Unlimited local fan-out stays yours regardless.

We're counting on you

Your feedback shapes the alpha.

A bug, an idea, a missing feature? The feedback tool is built into the app, one click away: pick Bug or Idea, write, send. Technical info (version, OS, connection state) is attached automatically to help us diagnose.

Simple and direct, without leaving Voyageur. We read everything, and every report steers what comes next: we really count on you to flag bugs and gaps alike.

We answer every question.

A question, a bug, a feature idea? Write to us directly, a real person replies. During the alpha, it's the fastest channel.

What we store

Your address is only used to tell you when it is available. We store the platform you are waiting for, which button you came from, your browser time zone (to place the request at country level) and a rough indication of your email domain. Not your IP address. This list is deleted at the end of the alpha; replying to the confirmation message is enough to leave it sooner.
